3. Project Scope and Concept Development: Define the type of content and develop a tailored concept.
4. Logistics Planning: Handle location scouting, talent identification, permissions, and scheduling.
5. Detailed Proposal: Receive a proposal outlining timelines, costs, and deliverables.
6. Client Review and Revisions: Review the proposal and provide feedback for adjustments.
7. Formal Agreement: Sign a video production agreement to establish project terms.
8. Deposit and Booking: Secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit. We offer reduced rate retainer pricing.
9. Final Preparations: Confirm the shooting schedule, team assignments, and equipment checks. This thorough process sets the stage for a smooth production experience. We look forward to collaborating with you!

Our production process is customized to fit the scope and specific goals of each project. We spare no cost when it comes to our equipment, that equipment allows us to capture the highest quality that is rapidly evolving. Utilizing a run-and-gun filmmaking approach, we adapt our creative style to the environment, allowing us to capture authentic stories with reimagined perspectives.
We enter a flow state during shoots, enabling spontaneous actions that lead to seamless transitions in post-production.
For larger projects, we can involve additional skilled cinematographers, lighting technicians, and sound engineers to capture multiple angles and elevate production quality.

At Peaks to Reefs Media, we excel in innovative video editing that emphasizes cinematic lighting, vibrant colors, fluid motion, immersive sound design, and seamless transitions, all designed to captivate your audience.

Every clip and frame is meticulously analyzed during post-production to ensure the highest quality. We capture footage in a flat log color profile, which is expertly graded to achieve accurate exposure and a rich cinematic dynamic range.

You can expect a multi-layered sound design that immerses viewers in your environment, significantly enhancing the final product.
Refinements are limited to a maximum of two after the initial draft.
For larger adjustments, a fee of $300 per hour will apply.
